We have always focused on opportunities in multi-family real estate as we feel it is the most secure. Other real estate classes have always been prone to volatility, but we will see this even more pronounced in our post pandemic world. Our lengthy experience gives us a proven track record across each stage of the investment life cycle.

Quartz Mountain Equity was founded in 2002.  At that point we were investing in smaller multi family projects with great fundamentals.  22 years later we still focus on the fundamentals but have moved into bigger projects and focus on helping our investors to get the perfect balance between great returns and stability.
