We have always focused on opportunities in multi-family real estate as we feel it is the most secure. Other real estate classes such as commercial and industrial have always been prone to volatility and we will see this even more pronounced in our post pandemic world. Since 2002, Quartz Mountain Equity has successfully acquired, renovated and operated multifamily properties. Our lengthy experience gives us a proven track record across each stage of the investment life cycle.
In 2011 Quartz Mountain Equity applied a similar process to the auto industry and started purchasing auto dealerships. By finding opportunities where we can increase value it leads to strong returns and a stable environment for our investors.
